1. Overview

GainsTopApp provides customized routines designed to help users achieve their personal objectives. By accessing any part of our Site or acquiring any product or service, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Our Offerings

2.1 Advisory Sessions

Personalized routine planning sessions conducted via virtual meetings. Scheduled times may be adjusted with at least 24 hours notice. Preparatory work begins upon confirmation, so sessions that have commenced cannot be refunded.

2.2 Digital Guides

Informational materials delivered online after acquisition. Access is granted immediately. You may request a refund within 14 days if no materials have been downloaded. After accessing any content, refunds are not available.

2.3 Physical Items

Merchandise shipped to your provided address. You may request a refund for unused items within 30 days of delivery; you are responsible for shipping fees. After 30 days, refunds are not provided.

3. Refund Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. To request a refund, contact our support team within the specified period for your purchase type. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment channel within 7 days of approval. If you require a schedule change for an advisory session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Sessions that have begun as scheduled are considered delivered and are not eligible for a refund.

4. Schedule Changes

You may reschedule advisory sessions up to 24 hours before the appointment without any fee. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accommodated due to planning requirements.
